Is La Masia in crisis? The Brazilian has been very clear about this.

For many years, Barcelona's youth have been the best.
But one day, Puyol, Xavi and Iniesta, having led the team to successive triumphs, have been forced to retire.

A real problem, as noted by former Rivaldo star, who has been wearing the Catalan shirt from 1997 to 2002 and who knows the environment in Camp Nou very well.

Is La Masia in crisis? The Brazilian has been very clear about this.

"It's always been talk of Xavi, Iniesta and Puyol, but they have left the club. Since then we have not seen any other qualifying player out of Masia," the Brazilian said.

Although the 1999 Golden Ball has forgotten Pique and Busquets, it remains a strong message for club leaders who took Murillo and Rabiot in January (they will be transferred to Catalans in June), but also aim at the Ajax star De Jong.

According to the Brazilian, the club must change the strategy: "They should not be reinforced with foreign players because they have a great structure and should think to raise their talents."

Rivaldo has also commented on recent statements made by coach Ernesto Valverde, who expressed uncertainty about his future: "I do not believe he really wants to leave the club, the results will determine his future "If it fails again in the Champions League, doubts will come back. It's a waste of time to talk about possible substitutes now," Rivaldo said.
