The strikers could swap clubs in January

AC Milan and Chelsea are working on a deal that will see Alvaro Morata head to Serie A and Gonzalo Higuain move the other way, according to Sport Mediaset.

It has been widely reported that Maurizio Sarri wanted Higuain before the start of the season but a deal failed to materialise.

Now, however, it is claimed that Sarri could get his man as Morata and fellow frontman Olivier Giroud continue to struggle for goals at Stamford Bridge.
